PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a visualization system capable of visually understanding a bending state of a conductive wire forming a cable, and to provide a method and an estimation system capable of improving estimation accuracy of bending life of a cable. PSOLUTION: The bending-state visualization method comprises a structural parameter input step of making a computer accept input of structural parameters defining a stranded structure of conductive wires, a bending degree input step of making the computer accept input of bending degrees of the stranded cable, a straight-state calculation step of making the computer calculate a bending state of each conductive wire at the time of a straight state of the stranded cable on the basis of the inputted structural parameters, a bending-state calculation step of making the computer calculate the bending state of each conductive wire at the time of a bending state of the stranded cable from a bending state of each conductive wire at the time of a straight state of the stranded cable and a bending degree of the inputted stranded cable, and a step of generating and outputting images showing a bending state of each conductive wire at the time of a bending state of the stranded cable.
