PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical CDM transmission circuit, an optical CDM receiver circuit, and an optical CDM transmission system, capable of solving a problem of the limitation of frequency utilization efficiency by setting maximum code multiplex number/optical frequency component number=1 for an increase in information amount to be supplied within an identical wavelength band.;SOLUTION: The optical CDM transmission circuit, optical CDM receiver circuit and optical CDM transmission system are capable of achieving higher frequency utilization efficiency than that of a conventional system by enabling utilization of a code that has not been used as a unique one of allocated codes in a conventional electrical code decryption process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
