Provided are an equivalent circuit model, a program, and a recording medium in which capacitance changes in response to an arbitrary DC bias voltage applied to the capacitor from the outside. A capacitor equivalent circuit unit S1, a reference current generation unit S2, a magnification generation unit S3, and a current source current generation unit S4 are provided. The capacitor equivalent circuit section S1 includes a basic circuit 11 and a multistage circuit 12, and the capacitor element of the basic circuit 11 is replaced with a current source A1. The reference current generation unit S2 calculates the reference current I1, and the magnification generation unit S3 calculates the magnification I2. The magnification generation unit S3 creates an n-order polynomial voltage corresponding to the DC bias voltage when the DC bias voltage is applied, and sets the current generated when this voltage is applied to the resistor as the magnification I2. The current source current generation unit S4 generates the current I of the current source based on the reference current I1 and the magnification I2.
