PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for dividing the use of energy for analysis, according to the current status. PSOLUTION: The device for dividing the use of energy includes: a three-purpose division table 315a that regulates a ratio of monthly energy consumption for each purpose; a ratio table 316a that regulates a ratio of monthly energy consumption for supplying hot water; a storing part 210 for storing the total electric energy of each month; and a power-use division part 300. The power-use division part 300 includes: a first rough estimating means 321 for roughly estimating the monthly energy consumption for each use, on the basis of the ratio table 316a and the three-purpose division table 315a; a second rough estimating means 322 for roughly estimating the energy consumption for each use from the total electric energy, on the basis of the three-purpose division table 315a; a determining means 323 for determining whether to employ the rough estimation by the first rough estimating means 321 or by the second rough estimating means 322; and a third rough estimating means 324 for roughly estimating the monthly energy consumption for heating and cooling, on the basis of a determination result.
