PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid bleaching agent composition contained in a bag-like container, which has excellent long term storage stability under a high temperature.;SOLUTION: The liquid bleaching agent article contained in the bag-like container is formed by filling the liquid bleaching agent composition containing (a) hydrogen peroxide, (b) a specific nonionic surfactant, (c) specific phenol-based radical trapping agent, and (d) water, wherein the ratio (b)/(a) by mass of (b) component to (a) component is 1-100, the ratio (c)/(a) by mass of (c) component to (a) component is 0.02-1 and the pH (JIS3362:1998 publication) of the composition at 20°C is 3-7, into a bag-like container formed by including a film comprising a specific plastic and having 20-500 μm thickness.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
