Dilution for human frozen sperm, method for diluting human frozen sperm, and method for preparing human in vitro fertilization semen or artificial insemination semen
Provided are a diluted human sperm solution that can suppress a decrease in sperm motility after thawing human frozen sperm, a method for diluting human frozen sperm, and a method for preparing human in vitro fertilized semen or artificial insemination semen . The diluted human sperm solution contains a chelating agent that forms a complex with calcium ions, and has a pH of 6.75 or more and less than 7.4. The chelating agent is preferably EGTA, and the pH is preferably 6.9 or more and 7.1 or less. In the method for diluting human frozen sperm, human frozen sperm is thawed and mixed with the diluted human sperm dilution. Then, the sperm is separated from the diluted human sperm dilution solution within a predetermined time after the start of thawing.
