PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric equipment capacity calculation device, an electric equipment capacity calculation method and a computer readable recording media with a program for the same capable of easily calculating and aggregating a capacity of electric equipment in construction or a refurbishment planning of a building.;SOLUTION: An electric equipment capacity calculation device comprises a first to a fourth storage units as well as a first and a second calculation units. The first storage unit 1 stores a basic unit of an electric capacity by a kind of facility such as a shop and by a floor area. The second storage unit 2 receives an input of the kind and the floor area of each facility. The first calculation unit 3 reads necessary data from the first and the second storage units 1 and 2, calculates the electric capacity necessary for each facility and makes the third storage unit 4 store the calculation result. The second calculation unit 5 categorizes data in the third storage unit 4 by an item and/or the kind of facility.
