PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of processes and to raise the heat tolerance by performing dephosphorization with only a converter, in a method for assuming the P concentration in molten steel after blowing with sufficient accuracy, in a converter blowing for controlling the molten steel temperature after stopping the blowing and C and P concentrations into the targeted values by deciding the used amounts of O2 and coolant based on intermediate measured result information at the blowing time.;SOLUTION: The converter-blowing is performed by using molten iron, in which dephosphorization is not performed in the molten iron previous treatment, and an oxygen potential PO2 in slag is measured with an oxygen-sensor fitted to a sub-lance at the time of an intermediate measurement in the blowing time; and after stopping the blowing, the C concentration in the steel is assumed from the solidifying temperature of the molten steel and also, the oxygen potential PO2 in the molten steel is assumed with the assumed value of the C concentration in this molten steel and thereafter, P concentration in the molten steel after stopping the blowing is assumed from the measured value of the oxygen potential PO2 in a slab and the measured value of the oxygen potential PO2 in the molten steel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
