A positive electrode member (11) in which a thin film (22) containing a Prussian blue-type cyano-bridged metal complex as an active material is formed on the surface of the conductive member (21), and the positive electrode member. A binder-free battery (1) comprising: a negative electrode member (12) paired with (11); and an electrolyte containing lithium salt and in contact with the positive electrode member (11) and the negative electrode member (12). Thus, the cycle characteristics of the positive electrode member using the Prussian blue analog are improved.
