PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure of a reinforced concrete floor slab and a method thereof capable of flexibly complying with an on-site work situation at low cost in a short construction period.;SOLUTION: The reinforcing structure of a reinforced concrete slab having a slab flat part forming a flat part of the slab lower face and a haunch part forming a slant extending diagonally downward from the edge of the slab flat part includes: a CFRP band plate stuck to the slab flat part; and a metal reinforcing fitting stuck to the haunch part to be bent and extended over the slab flat part and the slant.
