PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective use of the waste wire saw oil, and a production method of the waste oil-based solid fuel, wherein the solid waste oil and/or high viscous liquid waste oil, which have been difficult to use, or it has been impossible to use in the prior art as a fuel, can be used as a fuel without any trouble. PSOLUTION: A production method of a waste oil-based solid fuel includes the step of mixing 100 pts.wt. of a waste oil absorber, 50 to 130 pts.wt. of a solid waste oil and/or a high viscous liquid waste oil, and 15 to 30 pts.wt. of a waste wire saw oil.
