To provide a quality analysis system that is able to analyze the quality of IT services that change dynamically. Generating a relation model which shows the relationship of the factors influencing the workload of application groups, the workload of the service groups, based on relational model that the generated, quality analysis system of the present embodiment, service group and configured to include stability evaluation unit for quantifying the stability of the amount of work to assess the stability of the workload of application groups (14).
