PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release agent for a geopolymer hardened body which can satisfactorily demold a geopolymer hardened body obtained by using a geopolymer method from a mold form, and can prevent deterioration in surface properties of the hardened body, and a method for manufacturing the molded geopolymer hardened body.;SOLUTION: The mold release agent for a geopolymer hardened body is used for demolding the geopolymer hardened body obtained by using the geopolymer process from the mold form, and is a nonionic or anionic composition essentially composed of wax and obtained by dispersing or dissolving the wax having a melting point higher than a curing temperature upon hardening a composition for a geopolymer hardened body by ≥10°C in a solvent including water. In the method for manufacturing the molded geopolymer hardened body, the composition for a geopolymer hardened body is filled into a mold form stuck with the mold release agent for the geopolymer hardened body and cured at a temperature lower than the melting point of the wax by ≥10°C to be hardened, and the mold form is separated to manufacture the molded geopolymer hardened body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
