PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a curved surface elastic blanket for accurately printing to a body to be printed having a complicatedly convexly curved surface, a curved surface elastic blanket made therewith and a curved surface printed body.;SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the curved surface elastic blanket has the first process for pressingly contacting a blanket material made of rubbery elastic material against a second model made by employing the body to be printed with partially projecting parts as a model, the second process for constituting a blanket topmost layer mold having the predetermined hardness obtained by hardening the blanket material, the third process for pasting and fixing a convex surface B produced by reversing the concave surface A of the blanket topmost layer mold to the surface of an elastic blanket basic layer comprising of an independent convexoplane surface and the fourth process for constituting an elastic blanket outermost layer. Alternatively, in this manufacturing method of the curved surface elastic blanket, the recessed parts corresponding to the partially projecting parts are machined directly to the elastic blanket base layer or to the blanket topmost layer mold.
