It relates to the key revolution which is required because of the adaptive streaming of the data, the meta data is added, or two file formats, namely (as MP4 FF was known) offers the extension to ISO base FF and MPEG2TS. New sanpurugurupu type box inside ISO based FF is interposed, in order adaptive streaming yusukesu, especially, to support the key revolution which is required because of the live adaptive streaming. In addition from MPEG2TS FF as for mapping to the ISO base FF, the meta data which is required for key revolution is internalized commutes with interposition of new sample group type becomes possible. Inside broadcast environment, the key revolution which is necessary because of the live adaptive streaming becomes possible.
