The heat exchanger 18 disposed in the combustion gas circulation path 16 is used as an economizer, boiler feed water W is passed in an order of the heat exchanger 18 in the combustion gas circulation path 16 and the economizer 3 in a boiler 2 downstream side, and an inlet temperature of the boiler feed water W of the heat exchanger 18 is 60-140C, preferably 60-115C.
