PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the quality of a displayed image is deteriorated when ripple noise occurs when switching a scanning signal of a display if a voltage boosting circuit where ripple noise occurs in a boosting voltage output by a switching operation for connection switching is used for the display. PSOLUTION: The voltage boosting circuit shifts a feedback voltage by a signal synchronized with a control signal and controls the timing of a feedback control system operation. When the voltage boosting circuit is used as a power supply circuit of the display, a voltage boosting operation is restricted near a switching timing of the scanning signal of the display.
