PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electricity consumption by continuously and finely controlling air flows of an air-exhaust ventilator and a jet fan in a road tunnel ventilation device with a combination of the air-exhaust ventilator and the jet fan.;SOLUTION: A road tunnel 1 is provided with ventilator devices (a jet fan 4 and air-exhaust ventilators 2 and 3) capable of continuously adjusting air flows thereof. The road tunnel ventilation device with a combination of the air-exhaust ventilator and the jet fan: selects operational combinations of each ventilator device which satisfy a predetermined ventilation air flow; calculates wind velocities in the road tunnel 1 on the basis of the operational combinations; calculates pollution concentration ratios inside the road tunnel 1 on the basis of an expected traffic volume and a pollution generation amount; calculates total electricity consumption for each of the selected operational combinations; selects the operational combination which has the minimum total electricity consumption from the selected operational combinations having the pollution concentration ratios less than a set value and the wind velocities no less than a set value; decides target operational air flows of respective ventilator devices on the basis of the selected operational combination; and performs drive control of respective ventilator devices so as to achieve the target operational air flows.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
