PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic flux density distribution measurement apparatus capable of determining a magnetization state of a magnetic material at low cost and in a simple manner, even such magnetic material having a larger coercive force as Nd-based magnetic material, and easily discriminating a magnetic material having inferior magnetic flux density distribution with small scale equipment.;SOLUTION: A magnetic flux density measurement apparatus includes: an annular member made of a magnetic material; a first core member formed of a magnetic material extended from one surface of an inner periphery of the annular member to a surface opposite thereof; a first core member having one end face open; and a hall element array attached to the open end face of the first core member. A magnetic flux is generated by the annular member and the first core member inside a closed magnetic circuit. The hall element array outputs a voltage value obtained by a magnetic flux from a ferromagnetic material installed alienated from the hall element array, and outputs a distribution of the voltage value as a distribution of a magnetic flux density of the ferromagnetic material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
