PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve incentive to participate in a recommendation system in which store sites recommend a recommended commodity to each other.;SOLUTION: When generation of movement to a store site where a commodity of selection information is selected is stored in movement information 62, a specifying unit 74 specifies a commodity sold in a store site as a movement source which generates the movement to the store site where the commodity is selected on the basis of store commodity information 61.
