PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of the torque rod which can reduce the quantity of the component for connection without spoiling the assembling workability to the connecting member.;SOLUTION: This connecting structure of the torque rod is a connecting structure of the torque rod which connects one side of the elastic member 3b, 3c prepared in both ends to the oscillation generating side member and another side to the oscillating transfer side member respectively. As to the outside profile line of the elastic member 3c which is either of two elastic members, the plug opening 2c of the elastic member 3c is formed in the connection side member which connects the elastic member 3c, while making different the vertical and horizontal maximum size mutually in the front vision from the shaft end extension.
