PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cu-Ni-Sn-based copper sintered alloy with excellent strength and friction-wear resistance, a method of manufacturing the same, and a bearing material made of the alloy.;SOLUTION: The Cu-Ni-Sn-based copper sintered alloy with the excellent strength and friction-wear resistance has a composition including 10-40% Ni, 5-25% Sn, further 0.1-0.9% P, 1-10% C, 0.3-6% calcium fluoride, 0.3-6% molybdenum disulfide, as needed, and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities, and has a structure in which a phase comprising Cu(4-x-y)NixSny (wherein, x: 1.7 to 2.3, y: 0.2 to 1.3) is dispersed.
