PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize progress of an export document preparation with that of a product packing operation.;SOLUTION: A client terminal is server-connected with an export operation sole agent's terminal. The export operation sole agent's terminal fetches product order receipt information and shipping instruction information input to a server from the client server as export arrangement information from a server, outputs information required for preparing export documents to the server after the products received from the client are packaged, receives acceptance instruction information transmitted to a common server from the client terminal, and issues the export documents relating to the acceptance. The export arrangement information is required for the export and required for preparation of the export documents. The export documents are prepared by a common server based on the order receipt information, the shipping instruction information, and the packaging information input from the client terminal and the export operation sole agent's terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
