PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low yield ratio type high strength hot dip galvanized steel sheet or the like having a low yield ratio and high strength and being excellent in workability and plating property.;SOLUTION: A low yield ratio type high strength hot dip galvanized steel sheet has a composition including, by mass, 0.03-0.20% of C, ≤1.0% of Si, 1.5% and ≤3.0% of Mn, ≤0.10% of P, ≤0.05% of S, ≤0.10% of Al, ≤0.010% of N, ≤0.5% of Cr, and 0.01-0.50% of Mo, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, as a component composition, and has a structure including ferrite and a second phase. Ferrite has an area ratio of ≥50%, and the second phase includes martensite having an area ratio of ≥7% and 25%, and the thickness of a band-like structure formed by the second phase satisfies a predetermined relational expression.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
