PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of effectively detecting drusen on the basis of a tomographic image of a fundus.SOLUTION: A fundus analysis device according to an embodiment comprises a storage part, a layer region identification part, an approximate curve calculation part, a projection region identification part, a connected region identification part and a form information generation part. The storage part stores a tomographic image showing a layer structure of a fundus. The layer region identification part identifies a layer region corresponding to a retinal pigment epithelial layer in the tomographic image, on the basis of pixel values of pixels of the tomographic image. The approximate curve calculation part obtains an approximate curve based on a shape of the layer region. The projection region identification part identifies a projection region where the approximate curve is located in a depth direction of the fundus than the layer region and distance between the approximate curve and the layer region in the depth direction is equal to or more than a prescribed threshold. The connected region identification part identifies a connected region that includes the projection region and is surrounded by the approximate curve and the layer region. The form information generation part generates form information showing a form of the connected region.
