PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an education device of a musical expression power for developing the individuality of a student by positively evaluating a difference between a musical performance and a musical score and an education method using the education device, and to evaluate a change in a music about a repeated part in the musical performance by mounting the education device.;SOLUTION: The education device of a musical expression power where a user terminal is connected to a server in which a musical education program operates is configured to calculate one or more element evaluation values to be obtained by collating an element included in whole part or a part of a recorded musical performance with an element included in a comparison object musical performance, and to calculate a total evaluation value based on those element evaluation values, and to make a user terminal to display it. The element includes at least one of (1) volume change, (2) note time length and (3) specific frequency vibration intensity. The element evaluation value includes an inter-identical musical performance comparison evaluation value in which another part different from a part of the recorded musical performance to be collated is defined as the comparison object musical performance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
