PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasmid reinforcing the expression of a labeling material in Ralstonia solanacearum, the Rastonia solanacearum reinforcing the expression of the labeling material, a method for monitoring various pathogenic bacteria including the Rastonia solanacearum, a method for evaluating sensitivity or resistance to the various pathogenic bacteria including the Rastonia solanacearum, and a method for screening test substances effective to the various pathogenic bacteria including the Rastonia solanacearum. PSOLUTION: This plasmid has a replication module of the genome of a phage RSS1 having an infective capacity to the Rastonia solanacearum and an expression cassette of the labeling substance. The expression cassette has a phage RSB2-originated MCP (major coat protein) promotor region, a gene encoding the labeling material, and a phage RSB2-originated MCP terminator region. The method of monitoring is performed by culturing a plant so as to elongate its root and/or stem along an agar medium surface made inclined, and observing the labeling substance.
