PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform PWM driving in any rotation region.SOLUTION: A coreless electromechanical device comprises: a rotor magnet; a coreless electromagnetic coil; a PWM drive signal generation circuit generating a PWM drive signal; a PWM drive circuit driving the coreless electromagnetic coil on the basis of the PWM drive signal; and a rotation frequency detector detecting a rotation frequency of the rotor magnet per unit time. The PWM drive signal generation circuit distributes a width of one ON period in the PWM drive signal into n1 (n1 is one or more integer) ON periods depending on the rotation frequency of the rotor magnet to generate such a PWM drive signal that a sum of widths of the n1 ON periods becomes equivalent to the width of the one ON period.
