As for this invention, being the constituent which includes the titanium compound, the iron compound, and the tungsten compound, you can obtain this titanium compound, with hydrolysis of the solution which includes sulfuric acid titanyl at the time of TiO2 producing with sulfuric acid modulo, and/or thing, and the aforementioned constituent which have possessed the anataze die structure of the minute crystalloid, the vanadium content which is calculated as V 0.15 mass % under, regard the aforementioned constituent which features that 0.05 mass % under, furthermore under 0.03 masses, especially 0.01 mass % it has possessed desirably desirably desirably vis-a-vis the solid-state content of this constituent. Furthermore, it is something which is obtained by the fact that the binder, the plastic medicine and the further additive and applying to the substrate together this invention, the catalytic converter or catalytic converter raw materials, and the form stability which include the constituent by this invention regards also the solid body of catalytic converter activity, as for this solid body, the above-mentioned constituent, with the further additive mixes, in this way the constituent which can desirably forming with extrusion, it continues and it is obtained by calcining, or, the above-mentioned constituent, with when, continues with the binder, the plastic medicine and case and calcines.
