PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the measurement value of service quality information in accordance with quality attributes.SOLUTION: The quality attribute specification system of service quality information comprises an evaluation device which evaluates the quality of a service. The calculation part calculates the accuracy of a classification result obtained by classifying data included in item-categorized service quality information acquired by evaluating the quality of a service to be provided by a service providing system for each item into a plurality of groups on the basis of a function. The classification part classifies the data included in the other item-categorized service quality information into the plurality of groups on the basis of the classification result when the accuracy is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold. The selection part calculates the accuracy of the classification result by the classification part on the basis of the function, and selects the classification result the calculated accuracy of which becomes the maximum for each item.
