PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a novel Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction inhibiting agent.;SOLUTION: A Wnt signal transduction inhibiting agent comprises an optically active non-symmetric bisindole represented by the formula (1) as an active ingredient. In the formula, R1 and R2 can be each independently H, Me, Et, Bn, Ts, Ms, Ac, Bz, MOM, MEM, SEM or Alloc. X and Y can be each independently H, Me, Et, Bn, halogen, alkoxy, amino, an acyl group or a nitro group.
