PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a substrate layer with a signal line passage in which generation of breaking of wire in the signal line passage can be suppressed and a production method of a high frequency signal line passage.;SOLUTION: In a production method of a mother substrate layer with a signal line passage, while a mother sheet 118b in which a conductor film is formed and which is wound around a feed roller is taken up by a taking-up roller, the conductor film is patterned between the feed roller and the taking-up roller, thereby two or more signal line passages 20 having a line passage part 20a having a line width Wa and a line passage part 20b having a line width Wb larger than the line width Wa are formed on the mother sheet 118b. Two signal line passages 20 that mutually neighbour in a y axis direction are aligned so that when being plane viewed from the y axis direction, the line passage part 20a of one signal line passage 20 and the line passage part 20b of the other signal line passage 20 are overlapped, and the line passage part 20b of the one signal line passage 20 and the line passage part 20a of the other signal line passage 20 are overlapped.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
