PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a quality control method capable of controlling quality by effectively controlling processes in a various production processes, and a program for the quality control method.;SOLUTION: An information display step 6 includes: a condition reception step of receiving an input of a retrieval condition; a retrieval step of retrieving in a database 4 according to the retrieval condition to detect a case corresponding thereto; a display format selection step of receiving a selection of, from the plurality of aggregation forms, an aggregation form to be used for a display of the case detected by the retrieval step; and a retrieval result display step of displaying a retrieval result by the retrieval step by the aggregation form selected in the display format selection step. The plurality of aggregation forms include an aggregation form consisting of a Pareto chart, and a table in which items of classification of the Pareto chart are set to either a row or a column and that displays the number of defects by a matrix format of the row and column.
