PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mental arithmetic practice method and a mental arithmetic practice sheet allowing a user to easily practice mental arithmetic of multiplication using two-digit numbers.;SOLUTION: In the mental arithmetic practice method, four numbers included in a first number (AB) and a second number (CD) are disposed being separated away from each other in a vertical direction and in a horizontal direction; a mental arithmetic product (B×D) is disposed at a 0-digit additional region 13a in which an addition number (0) is not previously added; cross mental arithmetic products (A×D) and (B×C) are disposed at two 1-digit additional regions 13b in which one addition number (0) is previously added as the last 1-digit; and a mental arithmetic product (A×C) is disposed at a 2-digit additional region 13c in which two addition numbers (00) are added as the last 2-digit.
