PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-incorporating building allowing a user to move in and out between a vehicle room and a room in a building body simply.SOLUTION: A vehicle-incorporating building includes: a building body 35; and a vehicle 4 housed in a garage 2 provided in the building body 35 to be capable of taking-in and out and has a room 4b. The vehicle 4 is in a housed state in the garage 2, openings 45, 46 allowing a user to move up and down between a room of the building body 35 above the garage 2 and the room 4b of the vehicle 4 are provided to be close to and face each other in a floor part of the room of the building body 35 above the garage 2 and a vehicle upper wall 4d forming the room 4b of the vehicle 4, respectively. A stairway 47 is installed through the two openings 45, 46 between a floor of the room 4b of the vehicle 4 and a floor of the room of the building body 35.
