PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean energy generation apparatus having a high energy payback ratio and capable of continuously supplying stable clean energy in a charged energy cost zero state at any time.;SOLUTION: The clean energy generation apparatus includes: a compressor 27 for compressing working fluid of low-temperature/low-pressure in a power cycle circuit 15 and supplying high-pressure working fluid; a pulse power supply 28 for supplying pulse power of a predetermined period; an electric power gas generator 42 which generates heat by turning on electricity in response to the pulse power and generates high-temperature/high-pressure power gas from the high-pressure working fluid; a rotary fluid machine 40 including a rotary piston body 200 for expanding the high-temperature/high-pressure power gas and converting the expanded power gas into mechanical energy to be clean energy and an output shaft 132 which rotatably supports the rotary piston body and transmits a part of the mechanical energy to the compressor; and a condenser 43 for cooling the expansion gas outputted from the rotary fluid machine, regenerating the low-temperature/low-pressure working fluid and circulating the regenerated working fluid in the power cycle circuit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
