PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic horn, an ultrasonic machining device and an ultrasonic machining method, capable of performing efficiently ultrasonic machining in which a resin film is subjected to ultrasonic cutting over the full circumference of the outer periphery, and a resin component is subjected to ultrasonic welding over the full circumference of the outer periphery.;SOLUTION: A recessed part 54 is provided on a contact surface 52 in contact with a resin film 16 of a horn body 50, and a circular weld machining part 56 is formed integrally around the recessed part 54, and further a cut machining part 58 encircling the weld machining part 56 having a circular protrusion form with a cutting blade 60 on the tip is formed integrally on the outside part of the circular weld machining part 56 on the contact surface 52, to thereby constitute an ultrasonic horn 44.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
