PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental property search system and a rental property search method that enable information exchange of a rental property or preview thereof or the like among users, make it easy to obtain detail information on the rental property prior to conclusion of a contract, allow a real property manager to obtain residential environment information from a person scheduled to leave, and enable a reduction in risk of a vacant room for the real property manager or an economic burden on a prospective new tenant and a current tenant, and to provide a management server that is usable in the search system and the search method.;SOLUTION: A rental property search system includes a management server, a terminal device used by a current user living in a rental property and a search user terminal device that are communicatable with each other via a communication network, and the management server is configured to include: a rental property database; reception means that can receive desired rental property information to be transmitted via the search user terminal device; comparison means that can compare the desired rental property information with the rental property stored in the database; and transmission means that, when a matching rental property is retrieved, can transmit matching rental property information to the search user terminal device. The rental property database is configured to store basic information on the rental property and user rental property information to be provided via the terminal device used by the current user from the current user in association with each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
