PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for evaluating and calculating assembling work efficiency without making an evaluator arrange a human body model.SOLUTION: An assembling work efficiency evaluation calculation device comprises: information acquisition means for extracting information on component attributes, component arrangements and adjacency relationships with other components of a plurality of components from a 3D CAD model; means for classifying component types and detecting feature shapes from the information on the 3D CAD model; means for drawing an assembly chart on the basis of the adjacency relationship information between the components; means for generating a disassembling direction and a disassembling order on the basis of the assembly chart and performing revers conversion of the disassembling direction and disassembling order to lead out an assembling order and an assembling direction; means for calculating a component deduction point by multiplying a basic deduction point with respect to each component installation operation by a correction coefficient and calculating an index indicating quality of component installation easiness by deducting a summation of deduction points of the respective components from a reference point; means for generating a plurality of virtual operator positions, postures and eye points in accordance with the assembling order to evaluate work efficiency; and comprehensive evaluation means for calculating an evaluation value of the index of the component installation easiness and a comprehensive evaluation value of the assembling work efficiency and outputting results of the values.
