PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding method of a salient pole type rotor as well as a salient pole type rotor, capable of easily performing allignment winding, with excellent cooling performance.;SOLUTION: There is provided a method of winding a salient pole type rotor which includes a rotor iron core having a plurality of salient poles and a coil which is formed by winding a wire on a body part of the salient pole. An insulator 3 in which a groove 3b is formed to be aligned with a pitch of a winding wire, is attached to a body part of a salient pole at both end parts in axial direction of a rotor iron core 1. In a reel jig containing an inner guide 6, outer guides 7, 8, and a spacing rod 9, the inner guide 6 and the outer guides 7, 8 are combined with both side surfaces of the insulator 3, and a wire is wound along the groove 3b of the insulator 3. In the middle of winding, the spacing rod 9 is inserted between the inner guide 6 and the outer guides 7, 8. Further, winding of the wire is continued from on the spacing rod 9 to form a predetermined coil. After completion of winding, the reel jig is removed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
