PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve position accuracy of a positioning object to be estimated from a satellite navigation.;SOLUTION: The reliability degree derivation device is configured to: calculate a positioning error dispersion value representing a dispersion of a positioning error from the positioning error to a positioning object included in positioning information obtained by signals sequentially received from a satellite; calculate an acceleration speed of the positioning object from a ground speed of the positioning object included in the positioning information in accordance with the positioning error dispersion value, and determine a state of the positioning object in accordance with the calculated acceleration speed; derive a determination threshold value control coefficient for controlling a determination threshold value corresponding to a magnitude of the acceleration speed on the basis of the state of the positioning object; calculate the determination threshold value on the basis of the determination threshold value control coefficient; and determine a reliability degree expressing a degree of reliability of the positioning information on the basis of the positioning error and the determination threshold value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
