PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a summary scribing support system, a summary scribing support apparatus, a summary scribing support method, and a program that can, when a plurality of scribes are to write a summary in turn, support the scribes in restraining mistakes.;SOLUTION: A summary scribing support apparatus 10 supports scribing of a summary of speech by a speaker. The summary scribing support apparatus 10 comprises a voice analyzer 11 that identifies silent sections from speech voices; an allocation controller 12 that determines, for each period allocated to each of the scribes engaged in summary scribing, whether or not any silent section exists within a range referencing the end point of the allocated period and, if any does, alters the end point of the allocated period on the basis of the silent section; and a voice distributor 13 that transmits time information identifying the start point and the end point of the allocated period and voice data of speech in each allocated period to a scribe terminal 30 used by the scribe to whom the allocated period is assigned.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
