PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogel array substrate and a manufacturing method of the substrate which are capable of developing vesicles without using metal cation and arranging a bimolecular lipid membrane on hole portions filled with hydrogel, and a bimolecular lipid membrane array substrate in which the bimolecular lipid membrane is arranged on the hole portions and a manufacturing method of the membrane.;SOLUTION: There are provided: [1] a hydrogel array substrate which includes at least a substrate 10, a plurality of hole portions 20 arrayed on a surface of the substrate, and hydrogel 21 having electric charges which are filled in the hole portions; [2] the hydrogel array substrate in which the hole portions filled with hydrogel having positive electric charges and the hole portions filled with hydrogel having negative electric charges are severally arrayed on the same substrate; and [3] a bimolecular lipid membrane array substrate 4 in which the bimolecular lipid membrane 30 having electric charges opposite from the electric charges of the hydrogel filled in the hole portion is arranged so as to cover an opening portion 25 of the hole portion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
