PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling house utilizing solar heat, which can effectively collect the heat of sunlight during daytime hours even when a solar water heater is arranged under a roof surface.;SOLUTION: A roof 2 for covering an upper section of a building 1 is made of an acrylic plate, and a heat insulation layer 3 is formed on a surface of a ceiling 3 that separates a living space 5 in the building 1 from the roof 2.
