PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a silane coupling agent-containing microcapsule having excellent properties for retaining and discharging a silane coupling agent, while suppressing deactivation of the silane coupling agent.;SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a silane coupling agent-containing microcapsule composed of a silane coupling agent-containing core capsule with a surface coated with a polymer compound comprises the steps of: preparing a dispersing liquid including an organic solvent with a dissolved polymer compound, in which silane-coupling agent-containing core capsules are dispersed; and vaporizing the organic solvent so that the surface of the silane coupling-containing core capsule is coated with the polymer compound. The polymer compound has a melting point of 80 to 150°C (or a heat distortion temperature of 40 to 170°C, when no melting point data available). The difference in solubility parameter between the polymer compound and the organic solvent is 3.0 or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
