PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter which has a transmission body to which an ultrasonic transceiver is attached integrally formed with a measurement pipe, and has a high measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flowmeter 10 includes: a measurement pipe 1 for making a fluid flow within the pipe; and two ultrasonic transducers each configured by attaching the ultrasonic transducer to a transmission body 4 and disposed on an outside part of the measurement pipe 1 so as to be alienated from each other in an axial direction. The ultrasonic flowmeter 10 is manufactured by installing the prepared measurement pipe 1 in a metallic mold as an insert, insert-molding the two transmission bodies 4 on the outside part of the measurement pipe 1 so as to be alienated from each other in the axial direction of the measurement pipe 1 and integrated into the measurement pipe 1, and attaching the ultrasonic transducers to the two transmission bodies 4 respectively.
