PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid proliferation and culture device of diatoms and a rapid proliferation and culture method of diatoms, and an extraction method of oil content from diatoms which are capable of proliferating in a short period at low cost and in a mass producible manner without requiring a wide culture area, have price competitiveness, capable of extracting oil content that exists in cultured diatom cells at low cost under room temperature and without requiring compression.;SOLUTION: A rapid proliferation and culture device of diatoms for rapidly proliferating and culturing diatoms has: an electrolytic water producing device which electrolyzes tap water or well water to generate alkaline water by using potassium chloride as electrolyte; a culture tank to which the generated alkaline water is supplied; and a carbon dioxide fermentation generation device which supplies carbon dioxide generated through fermentation to the culture tank. In the culture tank, culture solution in the culture tank which consists of tap water or well water is diluted by the alkaline water into culture raw water, the tank consists of: a heater which heats the culture raw water; a stirrer for making the supply of oxygen to the culture raw water and heating temperature be a uniform environment; and a discharge member which is immersed into the culture raw water and applies electric potential to the culture raw water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
