The beam (30) has a core (32), heels (34, 34') and a reinforcement (36), made of composite material, inserted between the two heels, where the reinforcement is a section of a tube with walls parallel to reinforcement direction (Dr) of the reinforcement. The reinforcement direction is directed perpendicularly with respect to the core according to stresses exerted on the beam in order to stabilize the beam. The reinforcement direction is parallel to the core in order to increase resistance of the beam to tensile force perpendicular to the heels.
