Non-motorized transport device for transporting e.g. handicapped person, and/or loads on snowy track, has rods comprising central and side articulation axles that are tilted with respect to horizontal when skis rests on horizontal support
The device (2) has a connection assembly (5) to connect a support unit to a displacement unit i.e. parallel skis (3). The assembly includes parallel rods (13, 14) extended transversely to a longitudinal beam (12) and fixing soles fixed on the displacement unit. Each rod has a central portion mounted to pivot on the beam around a central articulation axle and two end portions mounted to pivot on the fixing soles around side articulation axles. The central and side articulation axles of the rods are tilted compared to horizontal unit when the displacement unit rests on a horizontal support.
