Cryogenic fluid tank, has connection tube made of composite material and has porosity ranging between specific percent i.e. preferably lower than one percent, according to volume of porosity with regard to material volume
The tank has an interior envelope (1), and an exterior envelope (2), where each of the envelopes includes an upper end defining an opening. The upper ends of the interior envelope and the exterior envelope are connected mechanically by bonding with a connection tube (4). A space between the interior and the exterior envelopes includes a heat insulating material layer (3). The connection tube is made of composite material and has a porosity ranging between 0 and 5 percent i.e. preferably lower than 1 percent, according to volume of porosity with regard to material volume. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a cryogenic fluid tank.
